Sweet Little Girl

I had the pleasure of meeting this little angel girl right before I took my Christmas vacation. It was soooo difficult to stay away from the pictures because of how cute she is. I kept finding myself wanting to work on them just so I could see the cuteness....It was so wonderful to pull these back up and start proofing. She is just gorgeous with her red hair and blue eyes! Favorites from 2007

My Christmas/New Year's vacation has come to an end. Thanks to all of you who are patiently awaiting your proofs. Now that I am back, and fresh as a daisy, you will be seeing them soon!

Since it is the beginning of a new year, I thought I would go back and review the images that you all have graciously let me capture this past year. From that trip down memory lane, I compiled a group of favorites.

I am having a VERY hard time saying that these are my "All-Time Favorites" from 2007 because as I went through each session, I seriously found at least 2 images that I loved. To say that narrowing this down to a reasonable amount was difficult, would be the understatement of the year. The thing is, I have yet to have a client/family that are not absolutely stunningly gorgeous or to-die-for cute. I have just been blessed this year with beauty all around me.

To all my 2007 clients: Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have LOVED being a small part of your lives, and capturing memories and time for you this past year. You all really have no idea what joy I have had meeting all of you and spending time photographing you, your brand new babies, and your families. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I have truly been blessed by knowing each of you.

A Wee Little Guy

I had the pleasure of capturing my youngest newborn to date. He was only a week and a half old! Even though he was a big baby (8 1/2 lbs) he was still oh so small, and was an angel for his photographic debut. Thank you so much for sharing your new little man with me. I hope these images will be something you all will treasure for a lifetime!

Brother and Sister...part 1

I really don't have too much to say about this family. I just LOVE them...like they were my own. I was thrilled to get a chance to do some Christmas shots of just the brother and sister. With a little incentive (of the candy nature) they were full of smiles. What I love about this set of pictures, you can tell that they love each other. That's something no amount of candy can buy. Extended Family Session

I had the pleasure this past weekend to work with siblings and their families. What a great Christmas gift! A moment in time forever captured. I know as a mom, (and a very sentimental person, at that) I just eat this kind of stuff up! This is a treasure not only for the mom that receives it, but for the kids that are in it. One day they get to show their children what it looked like when they were kids hanging out with their cousins, aunts, and uncles. That's why I love what I do. I LOVE being a part of creating a family heirloom and preserving family history...I hope you guys enjoy your sneak peek! Thanks for a great afternoon ;-)

Coming Soon...A Maternity Session

I got a chance to sneak in and do this maternity session right before baby is due to arrive. This sweet couple is about to welcome their first little bundle of joy tomorrow! I just squeaked in! I had a great time photographing this couple in their home that was completely ready for baby to arrive. She even had the Christmas decorations up in anticipation of what a busy holiday season this would be for them. We even got dad to participate in some pictures...as long as he could get back to his football games quickly hehe...I hope you enjoy your sneak peek, and best wishes for tomorrow!

Some more Fall!

This weekend's session had some more Fall color...it just is no longer on the trees. I had to get creative in order to sneak in some of the yellows that were left (no more reds :-( ). Thankfully the barn is there, which to me still spells out Fall because I think of harvest. The brothers had a great time together playing, and just being themselves. They played in the dirt, played some ring -around-the-rosie, as well as just all out running! It was a great time. I hope I was able to capture some memories of this family in the fun time of life they are at right now. Thanks for a great session, and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
