Getting Back Into The Groove {Denver Family Photographer}

With the current baby boom taking place, it's been a while since I have had the chance to photograph families. I didn't realize how much I missed it. It is so special to meet families and be the one to capture their love for one another in photographs.

This session was too fun! The little guy was shy at first, but I think he really warmed up to me at the end. Either that or he just plain warmed up. It was close to the mid 80's that evening. Our weather has been so crazy this summer! I also had a chance to get some pictures of Mom and Dad. I love that.

This family was too cute, and I had a great time meeting with them and getting to be apart of their world.

Thanks "M" family!

I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Cousins {Denver Maternity Photographer}

This session was very special to me. These are my sisters who get to share a precious moment in time together. They are six weeks apart in due dates and both will be having boys. I can't help but think of the strong bond that both Mommas and boys will have. I can't wait to meet each one of them! Tomorrow is the big day for the first little guy...Just wait until I get my hands on these boys, you thought you've seen a lot of newborn photos before!

It was so fun to have this special day with you!

The Newest Addition {Denver Newborn Photographer}

Despite all the loud banging from roofers who had come that day, I got to meet this sweet baby sister on Saturday. She is definitely a younger sibling. While the noise from the roof repairs were so loud I thought the house was coming down, she didn't even flinch. Her parents kept saying she was used to the noise.

I just loved watching this family with their newest little addition. I loved seeing big brother hold her tenderly and I couldn't get over how proud big sister was. What a special time this is in this family's history. Thank you for letting me be a part of documenting it forever. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Fall is Just Around the Corner!

Even though August is just getting started, my mind has already geared up for the upcoming fall season. Sadly, my kids (and yours too) will be going back to school, and life in general will pick up in pace. That's is why now is the time to get your family's portraits on the calendar!

Fall is the ideal time for family portraits as the colors here in Colorado make for an amazing backdrop. It's so fun to see everyone dressed in their new fall clothing, yet still sporting a slight summer tan.

I have been so blessed this year to have many of my clients return to me, and also having the chance to meet many new families. I am anticipating a very busy fall season, full of expecting mommies, new babies, and lots of families. Being a part of making treasured family memories has me all giddy. It's with this excitement and anticipation that I have decided it might be best to get the gears moving a bit earlier than normal. So, it's time for my Fall Special!

This fall, if you book in August, you will receive your choice of either 25 custom 5x7 Christmas/Holiday cards, with your favorite image, OR you can pick your favorite image to keep as a digital negative. This digital negative is printable up to a 5x7 so you can include it in your Christmas/Holiday cards this year, and/or you can share it online with friends and family for those of you "Going Green".

After getting your cards out, it'll be time to think about gifts! Portraits make FANTASTIC gifts. Also, I have added new products like a newly designed coffee table book, which includes all of your images from your session. My new portrait pendents are GORGEOUS! Moms and grandmas adore them. Remember preserving your family through portraits, is a gift that never stops giving.

I am currently booking sessions for this fall (can you believe I started in July!), so unfortunately spaces are already limited. I don't want to miss a single one of you! You can contact me a few ways: You can post a comment to this post, you can head over to Been Blessed Studio's Fan Page on Facebook (see the side bar), or you can go to Been Blessed Studio's website and click on the contact page.

I can't wait to hear from you, and I am even more excited to see you!

Times Two {Denver Maternity Photographer}

These gorgeous parents to be:

Are growing their family:

Yup, you guessed it:

FOUR feet!

Yes, that is my cheesy way to say, that I had the privilege of photographing this couple a few months before they are going to meet their sweet baby twin girls. How exciting! The embarrassing part was that right before they got to the studio for their session, I hurt myself in a way that caused me to walk very slowly and with a slight waddle. Trust me, I was moving around more slowly and with a worse waddle than my client who is expecting TWINS. Thankfully, they were very gracious and patient with me as I hobbled, waddled, and moved around like a turtle.

Despite my clumsiness, we had a great time together. I just love meeting people at this stage in life, and sharing in their excitement for what's to come. What a special blessing to be a part of the makings of new families!

I also loved her attitude about getting her photos taken. She told me, she felt like nothing was off limits. She had her heart set on completely documenting this time in her life.

Love that.

My prayer for you, and your girls, is when they look back at these pictures, they can see how beautiful their momma was while she was pregnant with them, and know that she thought these moments were so special she just had to preserve the memory of it.

Forever.

I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
