Happy 2nd Birthday!

I had a recent session with this little stud. He just turned 2 and is ready to take on the world! Since Easter was so fresh in our minds, I stuck with the Spring-y look and Mom brought out his Easter outfit. It was a very quick session, since two-year-olds have so much to do, but we got some really sweet pictures that I hope mom gets to cherish and use as a milestone marker...Mr."J" is the big 2! Happy Birthday big guy!

Spring is Here!

I had the chance to do some Easter pictures for a little girl that just so happened to be my very first Been Blessed client. She is just a bit past one year old now, and has grown into the sweetest little angel. I can't tell you how happy it makes my heart to get a chance to do portraits for the same clients as they grow. I love watching them grow into their own people. This session was so bright and cheery. I love the look of bright crisp whites against splashes of colors...it just spells SPRING! Thanks so much for a fun session and great company for the afternoon! I had a great time with you. Enjoy your sneak peek!

Because the colors were so great, I almost think it's a crime to show the black and whites, but they are cute too...

Maternity

I had such a fun time with this couple, who are expecting their first baby in just a few short weeks. They were so flexible and willing to have fun. Dad was so sweet and ready to do whatever mommy-to-be wanted him to...even if he felt silly. What a sport! The result was some of my favorite couple shots to date! I can't wait to have the whole family (complete with baby) back to do some family shots. I had a great session with you all! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Sweet Girl

I had the pleasure, this past weekend, to photograph this little sweet girl. She slept a little, she was awake for a bit, and she did an in between thing for a few as well. She really was the most comfortable in the bean bag or in mamma's arms. I was happy with that, as she was too cute no matter what she did. I was in love with her full cheeks and gorgeous hair. Take a look at this little beauty...Daddy better be careful! I have a feeling when she is older he'll be busy keeping those boys away! Thanks guys for such a great session, and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Twin-A-Palooza!

I can't believe how blessed I was to be able to have two twin sessions in one week. These little cuties are 3 month old identical boys. They were so fun, and since they knew how to smile, we had a good time trying to coax those cute smiles out. Although twin sessions are a lot of work, I LOVE them. I always take a large amount of notes so that when I go home I can still remember who's who, but by the end of the session I seem to be able to figure out their own little unique things that make them...well, them! Can you tell?

...And My Heart Melted

I have a special treat for you all....TWINS! These little twin girls melted my heart. I actually teared up during their session. I think mom summed it up pretty good when she said it was "Like looking at Heaven." God's perfect beauty right in front of me. I really couldn't ask for much more. To top it off, these little girls were so good! Once they snuggled in with each other, they were ready for some serious photographs to be taken! Despite all they have gone through to get here, they are absolutely perfect, and to capture this moment in time forever, was a true blessing for me. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
Here they are!

Mr. Blue Eyes

This sweet little boy is close to my heart. We've waited as a family for a long time for him to become one of ours. He is just as sweet as can be, and I was so happy to finally meet him.

He did a fabulous job during his shoot, even though mom wasn't there! Don't worry I had plenty of help with my daughter and Grandma close by. Check out the gorgeous light! I think I am going to set up studio at my in-laws! Introducing my newest nephew:

Thanks for letting me spend some time with your little man! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
