You may remember this session from a while back. Remember how much I loved just documenting this couple's life while they expected and anticipated the birth of their beloved little boy? Then he arrived. Oh, the sweetness. Now Mr. "E" is three months old! I had the pleasure of heading over to their place and taking some fun images that documented their new life. Life as a family of three. Life with a three month old.
I absolutely loved acting like a fly on the wall and photographing these precious moments for this family. Moments that only happen when your baby is three months old. Things like tummy time, taking baths in the sink, and playing with your image in the mirror.
These types of shoots are so fun for me. I love capturing families being families. I love to see the bond, watch the love, and be part of the fun. Celebrating a blessing.
Here's part of their day:
Getting all the attention in the room:
Taking in some story time:
Favorite thing: Watching the ceiling fan:
Did you see the smile on his face? Precious.
His favorite book, and his favorite page, "MOO!"
Wrapping up with some fresh air:
What a special treasure you are creating for not only you, but your little boy. I sure hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

7 Days {Denver Newborn Photographer}
I am excited to announce that I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. "L" at seven days of life. I am also happy to say that Mr. "L" is a super laid back, go-with-the-flow type guy. This is a very good thing since his Momma has two other little boys besides him, and those two little boys aren't quite two themselves. Mom is actually a friend of mine, and I've known her other two boys since they were brand new (You can see them here and here), so I was very happy to find out from her that boy #3 is "super easy" so far. She deserves it! Right now the boys aren't really sure what to think of their new brother, but something tells me, they will all be best buds in a few short years. Here's Mr. "L":
The only family shot of the day! The older boys weren't too thrilled with their pictures being taken. That's OK! We've got a plan for another day!:
My new favorite daddy portrait:
I sure hope you enjoy this sneak peek just a quarter of as much as you enjoy your sweet little boy!

Newest Edition {Denver Newborn Photographer}
This baby might look familiar to you if you are a fan of Been Blessed on Facebook. He is my nephew, and I got to have a very special role the day he was born. I was blessed with the opportunity to document my sister's family welcoming their third son. From admission to the hospital, through contractions, pushing, his older brothers first sight of him, and his first bath, I got it all. You can see the incredible day here. (If you are interested in a similar session (labor and delivery) contact me).
Now, baby "J" is home and learning what it's like to be the youngest of three boys. I would say he is doing a fabulous job, but I am partial. I also would say, his squishy newborn goodness was almost too much to handle...again, I could be partial.
Without further ado, Mr. "J":

Senior Edition {Denver Senior Photographer}
I don't get to do Senior sessions very often, but boy, do I just LOVE them. They are so fun, so creative, so easy going, and I could go on and on. I feel like I get my photography mojo back every time I have a chance to do a senior session.
This senior girl was super fun and sweet. She was up for anything, which was good because I picked a place I had never been before and just went for it. I totally love the results and can't wait to find different families/kids who are looking for an urban type session so I can go back again!
Good luck with your Senior year! Have fun and enjoy this time in your life. I hope you like your sneak peek!

Part of the Journey {Denver Newborn Photographer}
Every family has a story. This family's story has started a new chapter. Not just because they have welcomed their newest blessing, a sweet baby boy. They are also starting a new journey battling (and beating) breast cancer.
Shortly after our maternity session, mom was diagnosed with this disease that effects thousands each year. Having "T" a bit early was part of their journey to conquering this disease. I am so happy I had the privilege to meet and be apart of documenting this very precious time in this family's story.
Just like any photo, looking at these photos will take this family back in time. They will help them remember where they were in their family's history when the portraits were taken. They will not only smile at the image in front of them, but also because of the memory of what they overcame.
Meet "T"
Here's "T" holding on tight to his mommy's Breast Cancer Awareness Bear:
Thanks for letting me be part of the memories. Now, go kick cancer's butt!
